Replacement Windows - Our Process

Our staff is highly trained to complete your window project so that you are 100% satisfied with your product. We are very careful to install your windows with the highest degree of care -- we take care of your home as if it was our own.

Our crew inspects your home before they even start the job. They will give you a pre-inspection form for us to compare against at end of the installation.

Step 1 - Check the fit of the window (make sure the new window is the right one for that opening) because our responsibility is to always guarantee 100% quality in the finished window project.

Step 2 - Remove any blinds and furniture near windows and put on side until we finish entire project.

Step 3 - Cover floors and furniture to prevent any damage to your carpet or hardwood floor, and furnishings because we care for your house.

Step 4 - Remove old window without any damage to your walls.

Step 5 - Install new window, new casings and/or stool, and caulk.

Step 6 - Replace windows treatments.

Step 7 - Vacuum and clean the entire job site, leaving your house as we found it.

Step 8 - Quality inspection to check that the entire job is to your satisfaction.

Step 9 - Provide you with a written warranty and final paperwork.
