Grafton MA

This combo job in Grafton,MA. All the existing vinyl siding, aluminum trim and gutters were stripped off. We also got all the 18 years old drafty windows replaced by new construction Simonton windows and Simonton replacement windows. New Vinyl siding 0,046 Premium Point 360 16’ long were installed on all four elevations and 5” fluted super corners as outside corners. Invisible Vent soffit was used on the front and on the back elevation of the house for better ventilation.

 

Hudson MA

This home we installed new Premium Pointe 360 from Exterior Portfolio by Crane on Cypress color.

Marlborough MA

For this vinyl siding project in Marlborough/MA, all the original wood shingles were stripped off and we got to install 3/8 foam insulation for a better energy efficiency. Vapor barrier was added to keep the house water tight. The costumer wanted to keep the same wood shingles look and did not want to get the house painted anymore, so we solved the problem by installing Portsmouth Shake traditional cedar shingles. Also, the front door was replaced as well as two doors on the back elevation of the house.

 

Maynard MA

This is another example of masonry siding, but this time the costumer was having a contractor to do the blowing insulation on the house. Part of this job was to remove some siding panels around the house, so she decided to take the opportunity and have the siding replaced. We installed Market Square by Crane on the entire house with new aluminum wraps on all windows, fascia board and rake boards.

Maynard MA

Costumer wanted to make the house maintenance free, so he decided to use vinyl siding 0,046 panels 16’ long. That is a good idea because it means less seams around the house. We also installed new 3/8 insulation and aluminum wraps on the windows trim, fascia board and rake board.

Milford MA

In this home we stripped off the old siding and we installed new Market Square  from Exterior Portfolio by Crane on Mocha color. We also installed new roofing.

Norwood MA

We are proud to help our costumer with more then one trade. For this combo job in Norwood, we replaced 22 Simonton replacement windows, 2 Simonton by windows, 1 ThermaTru front door with 2 side light and we installed Vinyl siding Premium Point 360. We got to use 16’ 0,046 Vinyl siding thickness for less seams. All the window trims were wrapped with PVC aluminum coil. The front elevation of the house was challenging because the costumer wanted to keep the same look of rough wood shingles. For that reason, we solved the problem by using Hand-Split Shakes and the costumer was more than happy.

 

Waltham MA

This Victorian House in Waltham has a wall section that is less than 16’ long, so we used Vinyl Siding Premium Point 360 from Exterior Portfolio by Crane. It is a 0,046 thickness panel with 16’ long, so there are no seams on the wall on the front elevation of the house. All the windows were wrapped with PVC aluminum coil, where very neat meter cuts were done. On the gables and dormer, we used Portsmouth Shake from Crane. The entire wall has 3/8 foam insulation and all the seams were taped with foam tape to water tight the house. Vinyl Siding Contractor in Waltham MA.
