1. Pre-Inspection
- Project is reviewed with customer by our project manager.
- Start date for the job is scheduled according to customer’s convenience and our availability.
- The project manager performs a "walk thru" with the customer before beginning the job to confirm the details of the work to be completed
2. Setting Up
- All objects should be removed from all walls by the customer including any TV's.
- Materials will be delivered at the best location in the house according to customer’s convenience
- All exterior lights should be removed by the customer
- All lights will be reinstalled at the end of the job and all equipment will be removed from the house.
3. Preparation
- Scaffoldings will be attached at the house if it is needed
- All the old siding will be striped off if it has been specified in the contract.
- The house will be covered with water tight vaper barrier or isolated.
- Installation of new trim on windows will include wrap or trim boards.
4. Siding Installation
- Siding is installed from the bottom of the house to the top
- All light and dry vents spots will have new accessories installed.
- Installation of new trim on fascia board includes wrap or trim board. The fascia may be done during the preparation process however, we will decide on the best scheduling.
5. Clean Up
- For small and medium size jobs all trash will be removed and dumped at the end of the job. For larger jobs there will be 2 or 3 dumps during the project
- Equipment will be detached from the house.
- All supplies will be removed.
- The custumer can put all objects back on the walls.
6. Final Inspection
- Project manager performs a final "walk thru" with customer to certify that all areas are sided and all utilities are functioning the same way as during the pre-inspection.
- If necessary, or requested by customer, corrections are made immediately according to our “inspection list” before our staff leaves the job site.
- Inspection list is reviewed and approved by customer.
- Our “Quality Control Department” will contact the customer to certify 100% satisfaction with our service.
