1. Pre-Inspection
- Project manager reviews project with customer
- Project manager performs walk-through with customer to inspect all interior utilities and house conditions
- Job begins with regard to customer’s convenience and our availability
2. Setting Up
- We remove decorative assets (i.e. clocks, frames, shades, curtains, etc.)
- We move large furniture to the center of the room and protect it
with plastic coverings
- We cover floors and surfaces with drop cloths
3. Preparation
- We scuff-sand walls
- We fill holes and cracks in walls
- We caulk gaps in trim
- We apply sealant to stains and watermarks
- We wash wall areas where necessary
4. Painting
- We apply primer to repaired areas
- We paint ceilings and walls to ensure proper coverage and finish
color.
(We apply paint with brush, roller or sprayer depending on the
surface/project environment)
- We apply clean-cut lines between trim and walls
5. Clean Up
- We remove all job-related equipment and supplies
- We thoroughly clean your floors
- We move furniture back to its original position
- We re-install your decorative assets
- We label touch-up paint and leave it for our customers' convenience
6. Final Inspection
- Project manager performs a walk-through with customer to certify
that all areas are properly painted and all utilities are functioning
as during the pre-inspection.
- If necessary/requested by customer, we do touch-ups immediately
according to our “inspection list” before our staff
leaves the job site.
- Customer reviews and approves inspection list.
- Our “Quality Control Department” will contact the
customer to vertify 100% satisfaction with our service.
