This is an insulated siding project that we got done in Ashland/MA. We decided to strip off all the wood siding because it was old and bumpy. After the strip part of the job was completed, all the windows were wrapped with aluminum coil and a vapor barrier was applied to keep the house water tight. We used Craneboard Solid Core insulated siding on all elevations of the house. The costumer was very happy with the money saved. Also, the insulated sidings have a 18” profile enlarging the house’s look.

The old cedar clap board of this house was in a really bad condition because the previous home owner was not so worried about it. He had the house painted only a couple of times in more than 20 years.
On all four elevations, the siding was buckling and it had nails popping out. Even though the walls have good exposure to the weather because they are very high, the customer wanted a siding that would offer no maintenance. He also asked us if we could offer a product that would help him to save some money on the energy bill. To fit in with all his needs, we used "Insulated Vinyl Siding".
We installed Craneboard Solid Core (color Regatta, Double 7” exposure) with Smart Core System. All the old siding was stripped and we added a new vapor barrier before the siding installation. New shutter on the front gave the final touch to the house.
