Andover MA

This costumer did not want to deal with pealing paint anymore. So, we got there and all the old siding was stripped off and we applied James HardieWrap® Weather Barrier on all elevations in order to keep the house water tight; all seems were sealed with James HardieWrap® Seam Tape; new PVC trims board were used to replace the rake boards and fascia board. A door surround was added to make the front elevation look nicer. We used James Hardie HZ5 HardiePlank® Lap Siding Select Cedarmill® ColorPlus – color Cobble Stone - on all elevations of the house. You can notice in this picture, the clean natural look that the product installed gave to the house.

Andover MA

The previous homeowner of this property did not take good care of it. So, after our costumer had bought this property, he wanted to get the shingle look of it changed. He decided to use HardiePlank® Lap Siding Select Cedarmill© ColorPlus – color Khaki Brown – with 5” exposure. All the wood trim was not replaced, so instead, it got a fresh quote of painting.

Chelmsford MA

We are not fans of masonry siding because it absorbs moisture easily. For this house, all the siding was stripped and we installed new James Hardie Primed Z5 10” exposure on the right, left and back elevation of this house. On the front elevation the costumer wanted the exposure to match the original of the house, so new James Hardie Z5 5” exposure were used on the front of the house. All the trim were PVC composite.

Harvard MA

This house had TG wood siding installed with no trim around any windows or doors. So, after we stripped off all the old siding, we replaced the 15 years old and drafty windows by new Simonton Windows, new construction and trimmed with James HardieTrim® boards 5/4 x 4 and the outside corners with 5/4 x 6. Fascia boards were PVC composite material, Azek Trim Boards, also know as composite trim board. We installed the new James HardiePlank® Lap Siding Select Cedarmill© ColorPlus on Monterey Taupe color and on the front elevation, in order to create a new style for the house, we used James HardieShingle® Staggered-Edge Notched Panel ColorPlus on Timber Bark color. Also, we used James HardieShingles® on the garage and on the left elevation of it.

Marlborough MA

This house in Marlborough had aluminum siding for about 15 years and it was already fading away. So, all the existing aluminum siding was stripped off and then, we applied James HardieWrap® Weather Barrier on all elevations in order to keep the house water tight; all seems were sealed with HardieWrap® Seam Tape; to trim all windows and doors we used James HardieTrim® boards 5/4 x 4 and 5/4 x 6 and new drip caps were installed to keep water out from windows and doors. We used James HardiePlank® Lap Siding Select Cedarmill© ColorPlus - color Monterey Taupe - with 5’’ exposure in all elevations of the house. It gave the property a great wood look, just as the costumer had expected.

North Andover MA

After 40 years with the same product on the wall, the existing wood shingles on this house did not look as good as before. So, we got all the existing siding and the back board stripped off and after, we applied the James HardieWrap® Weather Barrier on all elevations. We also added ½ foam insulation to make the house more energy efficient. All windows, doors, fascia boards, rake boards were replaced by PVC trim boards. The natural white color of the PVC product eliminates the necessity of painting. There are also two columns on the front porch that were trimmed using PVC composite material. Since the costumer liked the previous color, James Hardie, HardiePlank® Lap Siding Select Cedarmill© ColorPlus – color Khaki Brown – with 5” exposure was chosen to keep it as desired.

North Andover MA
Another project with masonite siding. The existing product was fading away and it was not holding the paint on anymore. All the masonite was stripped down to the sheathing. On the front elevation there were 5 windows headers that were attached over the siding. They were stripped off and we rebuilt them with PVC composite material or PVC trim board. Outside corners, fascia board and rake boards were done using PVC trim board or composite. We installed the new James HardiePlank® Lap Siding Select Cedarmill© ColorPlus on Light Mist color on all elevations of the house.

Stow MA

Masonite Siding absorbs moisture easily, which makes a painting job that could last longer more vulnerable to wheater conditions. In this job, all existing siding was stripped off, and after that we applied James HardieWrap® Weather Barrier on all elevations. Seams were taped with James HardieWrap® Seam Tape. This costumer liked the previous color, so James HardiePlank® Lap Siding Select Cedarmill© ColorPlus – color Light Mist also with 5” exposure was chosen to it. Fascia boards, windows trims, doors trims and outside corners were the places where we used PVC trim boards, also known as Kleer trim boards.

Sudbury MA

This costumer came to us by a referral from the James Hardie representative.
He created himself all the trim layout of the house and provided us the drawings to do the work. Using the new James Hardie trim system that minimizes the amount of nail on the trim, we installed a combination of ¾" and 1" trim on the window trim, fascia board, soffit and water table. On the first floor, we used 6” exposure bead color plus and on the second floor, we used 6” exposure smooth. We also framed the front portico with PT (pressure treated) wood.

Weston MA

If you drive around Weston MA, the most common products you are going to see on house walls are wood lap siding and wood shingles. They have a great natural look, but maintenance is necessary. This costumer wanted a natural wood look that is maintenance free, so James Hardie Products were the right choice. All the old siding was stripped off and we applied the James HardieWrap® Weather Barrier on all elevations. Seams were taped with Hardie Wrap Seam Tape. All windows and fascia boards were wrapped with PVC aluminum coil, and for the outside corner and inside corners, PVC trim boards were used. This costumer wanted to give his house a more unique look, so he decided to use two different colors in the house. He chose James HardiePlank® Lap Siding Select Cedarmill© ColorPlus Khaki Brown color for the main part of the house, and for specific parts Woodland Cream, as you can see in the pictures.
