This Building was built in 1800, and over the years it was converted into a 6 units building that we had the pleasure to re-paint the entire interior of it.
After the inside was done, the owners decided to hire us to do the exterior as well. Due to the age of the building, we had to deal with lead painting. The job was done according to the EPA law and regulation and it also complied with OSHA. Since the building was too high for the use of a ladder, we had to use Boom Lift to properly ensure the safety of our staff.
The whole wood work was scraped and sanded and primed. Two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint were applied on Trim work, Windows and Deck/Railings and one coat of Sherwin Williams Stain Clear was applied on the floors.
