Our customer had bought this house in Acton to begin the renovation right after. He called us, so we sent our project manager, who noticed some rotten wood spots and some moisture problems.
We began the preparation by scraping and sanding all the surfaces. We replaced all the rotten wood with AZEK trim boards. The power washing was done after all the sanding to make sure all the surfaces would be cleaned and free from any dust to secure better adhesion of the paint. We install the wedge Vent Systems to end with the moisture problem, and also, caulking and puttying were done properly.
One full coat of Sherwin Williams Oil Primer A-100 was done on the entire house to change color, and after that, two coats Sherwin Williams Resilience 100% Acrylic Latex Paint were done in all the surfaces, such as siding, soffit, fascia, windows, doors, trim boards, and shutters.

After our carpenters had re-shingle successfully the right and rear elevation of this house, the customer was excited to have the exterior painting of his house done right.
We power washed the entire house first and then the preparation was perfectly done as far as scraping, sanding, caulking and puttying were concerned. One full coat of Sherwin Williams Oil primer was applied on the shingles and two coats of Sherwin Williams Resilience Paint 100% acrylic were applied in all surfaces such as shingles, trims, railings and doors.

This is a typical exterior painting job where the new home owners wanted to give their residence a new look. The job was done in this sequence; power washing to clean all surfaces, replacement of rotten wood, full scrape to remove loosing and peeling off paint, caulking and puttying, spot prime to seal all the bare wood, then we applied two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint 100% acrylic Latex on the siding, soffit, fascia, trim boards, windows, doors and shutters.

Before the actual painting job had started, we decided to use Cabot Stain on this house due to the fact that it is surrounded by trees and bushes, and that is because we believe this product holds pretty well against mold, mildew. Power washing, scraping and sanding, caulking and puttying were done as part of the preparation. After all that, we applied two coats of Cabot Solid Color Acrylic Siding Stain on siding, on Soffit we used the Benjamin Moore Moorgard Exterior Low Lustre Paint and on Windows, Window trims, Fascia and Railings at Deck we used the Sikkens Cetol 045 Mahogany.

The owners contacted our office because they were looking for a company that would be able to handle multiples trades such as painting, carpentry and deck. The job was awarded to us since our skills met the owners’ request. We had the entire house painted and all the carpentry done in 2 weeks, based on the timeframe given us by the owners. The scope of work was power washing the entire house and scraping, sanding, priming and caulking as part of the preparation. After all that was completed, we applied two coats of Sherwin Williams Resilience 100% acrylic on all surfaces. The Triple Deck was built in Fur on floor and Red Cedar on railings which was stained to protect it accordingly.

In this job, there were a lot of rotten wood to be replaced, and the carpenters had a lot of work to correct the front porch due to the sags over the years. For painting, power washing, scrape/sanding, caulking and puttying, and a full coat of Sherwin Williams Oil Primer A-100 was part of the preparation. The actual painting was done per phases, first the painters did all the siding, then they actually did all the light color on trims, and finally the accent color was done in all the areas selected by the home owners. On the porch, we used the Benjamin Moore Alkyd Porch & Enamel Floor Enamel.

This particular job is a renovation of a 15,000 sf home, which was awarded to us the exterior painting. We painted all the exterior surfaces including Wood shingles, Trim boards, Metal columns, and Fiber Bridge. The first phase of the job was the power washing, which was performed during 3 days; we take pride in running our jobs in such way that we can ensure quality and workmanship. Then, after the whole preparation was done, we sprayed and roller back one full coat of 094 Fresh Start fast dry Alky primer and for top coat we sprayed two coats of 08901 Solid Stain Siding Benjamin Moore.

This is one of our favorites exterior painting jobs done in Chelmsford/MA. That is because we brought back the beauty to this Victorian house.
After this client had contacted our office, we scheduled a visit with them, so we sent our estimator to take a look at the project. As usual, we walked around the house with them because we wanted to be able to recognize the lead paint on the siding and trims. The job was awarded to us, and after a few days, the job began.
As a part of the preparation, we scraped loose and peeled paint and sanded all the surfaces scraped. We used the hepa vacuum connected on power sander to make sure our work followed the EPA new regulation.
After the whole sanding was done, we cleaned the entire house with simple green solution to ensure the siding and trims would be properly cleaned. We applied one full coat of Sherwin Williams Oil Primer A-100 in all surfaces, and then we also applied two coats of Sherwin Williams Resilience 100% acrylic on Siding, Trims and Doors.
