This customer, from Sharon/MA, called Franca Services because he needed to have a good exterior painting contractor to get his house painted.
While at the first meeting with him, we noticed that under the peeling elevation there were moisture problems due to various factors. As a consequence, we got the entire wall stripped and re-shingled.
After all the carpentry was done, we used two coats of Benjamin Moore Arborcoat Solid Stain Latex on Shingles, as well as two coats of Benjamin Moore Moorgard Latex Paint 100% acrylic on the trims.

After our crew had done the full roofing as part of the job at this house, then we actually began the exterior painting. As a typical exterior painting job, we power washed the entire house with Simple Green Solution to clean it properly and also to ensure that all the surfaces would be ready for a new finish. Preparation was performed in sequence of scraping, sanding, caulking and puttying, replacing of rotten wood, and finally spot primer on all exposed wood. After we had done all the preparation, we applied two coats of Sherwin Williams Solid Stain Latex 100% Acrylic WoodScapes and two coats of Sherwin Williams Resilience Latex Paint 100% Acrylic on Trim boards, Windows, Doors, and Shutters.
