Maynard MA

After our regular interview with this customer, we noticed that his house siding has faded and it needed a new paint job. We power washed the entire house including the deck, after a few days, to let the surfaces nice and dry, we began the preparation, which was scraping, sanding, caulking, and puttying, light carpentry to replace rotten wood, spot primer on all exposed wood. After the whole preparation was done, we applied two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint 100% Acrylic Latex on the Fiber Cement Siding and we used the same top coat for trims, doors and shutters. At the Deck, we power sanded the entire surface and we applied two coats of Sherwin Williams DeckScapes 100% Acrylic Solid Stain.

Milford MA

This job was performed according to the time-frame we were given by the homeowner. And since it was late fall, really close to the winter time, our crew was not fully complete for this project. We had our carpenter changing a window and some rotten wood, meanwhile the painters were scraping and sanding all the peeling paint, and power washing was done right after the scrap/sanding to ensure a better adhesion of the paint. Caulking and puttying took place few days after when we had all the surfaces dry enough. A full coat of Sherwin Williams Oil Primer A-100 was applied on all surfaces and then two coats Sherwin Williams Resilience 100% Acrylic Latex Paint were applied on the siding, trim boards, soffit, fascia, door, windows, porch and back steps. The vinyl shutters were installed after.

Newton MA

We stripped the entire left elevation of this house in Newton and the carpenter installed the wood shingles as well. After that, the painting project took place, and since this home had been previously done by the use of lead paint, we had to follow all the procedures to be complied with the EPA. For preparation, we had to do the scraping and sanding, caulking and puttying on some trim boards, as well as replacing the rotten ones. Our painter wiped off all the surfaces to ensure the top coat would adhere properly on surfaces. A full coat of Sherwin Williams Oil Primer A-100 was applied on the siding and two coats Sherwin Williams Resilience 100% Acrylic Latex Paint were applied on the siding, trim boards, soffit, fascia, door, windows and shutters.
